Out of difficulties grow miracles.

Individual Therapy

I offer 53 minute therapy sessions in a supportive, one-on-one setting. Together, we’ll determine the frequency that best fits your schedule, needs, and goals. Sessions are available both in-person and through telehealth. Telehealth provides flexible, convenient access to therapy, allowing you to meet from the comfort of your own space while still receiving the same level of care and connection.

Therapy for Children (Ages 10–12)

Children often express their emotions through behavior, play, and creativity. In therapy, I provide a supportive space where children can feel safe, understood, and encouraged to explore their thoughts and feelings. Sessions may include play-based techniques, skill-building, and gentle guidance to help children manage emotions, develop coping strategies, and build self-confidence. My goal is to give children the tools they need to thrive both at home and in school.

Therapy for Adolescents (Ages 13–18)

Adolescence is a time of big changes, challenges, and self-discovery. Therapy provides teens with a safe, judgment-free space to talk openly about what they’re experiencing. Together, we might focus on managing stress, navigating relationships, building confidence, or working through struggles such as anxiety, depression, or identity concerns. I work to empower teens with the coping skills and resilience they need to feel more confident in themselves and their future.

Therapy for Young Adults (Ages 19–25)

Young adulthood brings unique transitions—balancing independence, academics, work, relationships, and identity. Therapy offers a supportive environment to process these experiences and challenges while building clarity and self-awareness. I help young adults navigate stress, anxiety, self-doubt, and life transitions while developing tools for long-term growth, resilience, and confidence in decision-making.
