“Connection is why we’re here; it is what gives purpose and meaning to our lives.”

My Approach to Healing through Connection

Hey there, I’m Kayla!

At the heart of my work is the belief that healing happens through connection, and with time and support, growth is always possible.

I specialize in working with children and young adults (ages 10–25), helping them navigate challenges, build resilience, and recognize their own strengths. Whether facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, self-confidence struggles, or simply the ups and downs of life, I strive to provide guidance that is both compassionate and empowering.

My approach is warm, supportive, and non-judgmental, creating a space where clients feel safe to bring their whole selves—whether that means kicking off their shoes, sharing a favorite meme, or simply showing up as they are.

Here, you are welcome just as you are, and together we’ll work toward growth, healing, and hope.
